Since 1986
My journey of food started in 1986 when I was sent to interview at a restaurant. That’s when I discovered all the joy and excitement in food. Something about cooking encourages individuals to move, sing, and goof about when they know they are about to eat.
Since 1986, I worked as a cook for universities, camps, restaurants, nursing homes, and country clubs. Throughout the seasons, I’ve seen that some restaurants serve high-quality meals while others don’t. When you cook, you taste everything you prepare.You can feel the texture of the quality food on your tongue, you can taste different ingredients in the food, and the combination of those ingredients as you break down the foods from chewing it, the flavors become more and more live & lasting.
